that doesn't seem to come naturally to us.
Balance:
1 : an instrument for weighing;
2 : a means of judging or deciding;
3 : a counterbalancing weight, force, or influence;
4 : an aesthetically pleasing integration of elements;
5 : physical equilibrium;
6 : something left over;
7 : mental and emotional steadiness
And it's hard work. It's easiest to achieve when we get others to help us keep things in perspective. Balance is lost in isolation.

Every day I am greatful for the internet to bring me new friends and new ideas AND less isolation.
