B - well, that's me, of course! A left-brained engineer trying to figure out her dormant "right-brain-ness." I write ("my poetry" and "creative writing"), I ponder ("devotional writing"), I draw, paint, glue ("my art"), and read a lot ("books reviewed"). And in the midst of all that, I try to be a daughter, wife, mom, and friend. Oh, and I try to keep the dirty laundry from eating us!

Matt - love of my life, husband-extraordinaire, and most wonderful dad. We're bumping up against 25 years together... met him when I was 13 (yes, really!) and fell for him on the spot. We grew up in the same little town in Louisiana. It's hard to imagine being married to someone who didn't know the whole history of my life! We've moved 1000 miles away and have made North Carolina our home for 17 years now. He's a pretty amazing guy.

The Boy and The Girl - As of November 6, 2010, these two are a pair! The Boy is my boy, first born, only son. (Cute, isn't he?) He's a guitar-playing private pilot and just an all-around great guy. Makes me laugh. A lot. Takes after his father in that area, I suppose. The Girl is my latest child and she is just simply wonderful. God made the perfect girl for my boy.

E - my oldest girl who just turned 18. She's figuring out where she'll spend the next four years of her life as she pursues a degree in (most likely) political science. She is beautiful, smart, funny, and strong. I love her.

M - my baby... who is now about as tall as me at age 11!! She's my snuggle-bunny, reader, and art-partner.

The Dogs - well, there's Sadie and (one-eyed) Mollie who live with us. And there's the grand-dog, Dingo who lives with The Boy and The Girl. Dogs make you more human, I think.
