5th Grade Five Word Monologue

And a Five Word from Ginger in sunny California!

Okay...here goes. And the style is Tritina.

(Burlap, tourniquet, Cyan, Wistful, Immigrate)

She finally decided that his eyes
were cyan; deep, rich and so inviting.
Transfixed, she recognized this was trouble.

Wistful glance, a wave; he was inviting
her to sit at his table. No trouble
gathering her things, averting her eyes.

Oddly, his shoes looked like burlap. "Trouble,"
she thought. A tourniquet on her neck, eyes
bulging, found the door much more inviting.

Immigrate from eyes inviting trouble.

Ginger was definitely challenged this week with these five and trying to fit it into a Tritina.
